Restorative Practice

Improving and repairing relationships between people and communities.

Working in partnership with multi-agencies to tackle knife crime, gangs and group conflict in our community.

Child Exploitation and County Lines

Grooming and child criminal exploitation is a UK wide phenomena and part of modern-day slavery. We work with some of the most vulnerable and at-risk children in our communities.

Tackling extremist ideology & hate crime

Campaigning against rigid and narrow ideology that is intolerant of diversity that leaves people vulnerable to future radicalisation. Ideology and extreme views justifying political, religious, sexist or racist violence.

Trauma, ACES and Trauma Informed Care

Understanding the impact of trauma, highly stressful experiences, and potentially traumatic events that occur during childhood and adolescence (Adverse Childhood Experiences) is essential for all professionals working with vulnerable service users.

School based prevention & early Intervention

Restorative based services designed to fit around school timetable and curriculum.

Violence disruption and Emergency Response

Intelligence-led and community-based emergency response service, providing targeted support in Hospital A&E and providing appropriate adult services in police stations at the point of arrest.

Through the Gate and Transition Services

Support people to move from custody to release, using restorative mentoring, support to re-establish family and community relationships.

Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)

Specialist by and for support services, social action campaigning, restorative harmer intervention and RJ conferences.

Therapeutic Accommodation and Support Services

High level supported housing with wrap around support and independent living skills.

The Exodus programme is our flagship community intervention for young people involved, affected or at risk of violence and exploitation.

Talk About Programme

Talk About is Restorativu’s ground-breaking community social action project tackling Extremist Ideology and Hate.

The Home Office-funded project builds resilience by countering racism, hate, intolerance, extremist ideology and radicalisation within our community. We use restorative approaches to establish healthy relationships, community accountability and reparations.
